1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Full payment is required before the activity via bank transfer or credit card.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, if applicable.
• An additional charge of IDR 300,000 per person applies for each additional participant beyond the agreed booking arrangement.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made on the day of the activity will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking payment.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• If the activity is canceled by the hotel or snorkeling operator due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund

3. Guest Requirements

• Participants must be in good physical health and are strongly recommended to be confident swimmers.
• The activity is not recommended for guests who are unable to swim or who are uncomfortable in open-water conditions.
• The activity is not recommended for children below 8 years old.
• Children aged 12 and above must be accompanied by an adult where required by the operator's safety policy. Children aged 8–11 may participate only with prior confirmation and subject to the operator's safety requirements.
• Pregnant women are advised not to participate in this activity.
• Guests who are prone to seasickness or motion sickness should carefully consider their suitability before booking.
• Guests should inform the hotel of any relevant health concerns before confirming their booking

4. Ocean Conditions & Safety Advisory

• Ocean conditions may involve strong tides and currents, depending on the day. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the snorkeling guide and boat crew.
• Manta Point is located on the southern side of Nusa Penida, close to the open Indian Ocean, where tides and currents can be strong. These natural conditions are beyond the control of the hotel and snorkeling operator, and safety will always be the priority.
• The journey from the hotel to the harbor or snorkeling operator takes approximately 30–45 minutes. Road conditions may be bumpy, with uphill and downhill sections.
• The activity may cause seasickness or motion sickness, particularly for guests who are not accustomed to boat trips or open-water conditions.
• Guests should be in suitable physical condition for the journey and activity.
• Alcohol and recreational drugs are prohibited before and during the activity.
• Travel insurance covering water activities, accidents, and medical emergencies is highly recommended.

5. Snorkeling Itinerary & Marine Life

• Snorkeling points are subject to change depending on tides, currents, weather, sea conditions, and safety considerations on the day.
• Manta ray sightings are not guaranteed, as manta rays are wild animals and their presence depends on natural conditions.
• Although the snorkeling boat is private, other boats carrying other guests may be present at the snorkeling destinations.
• Tide, current, weather, sea conditions, and marine life are natural factors that cannot be controlled or guaranteed by the hotel or snorkeling operator.
• The hotel and snorkeling operator reserve the right to adjust the itinerary, change snorkeling locations, or cancel the activity when necessary for safety reasons.

6. Equipment & Guidelines

• Snorkeling equipment, including a mask, snorkel, fins, and life jacket, will be provided, subject to availability and the operator's arrangements.
• Guests must use the equipment correctly and follow the guide's instructions throughout the activity.
• Guests must follow the boat crew's instructions regarding entering and exiting the water and must not enter the sea without the guide's approval.

7. Weather & Operational Conditions

• The activity is weather-dependent and subject to sea conditions and operational availability.
• If conditions are considered unsafe, the operator may postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the activity.
• In the event of cancellation by the hotel or operator due to unsafe conditions, guests will be offered a rescheduled activity or a full refund.
• Any itinerary changes will be made with guest safety as the primary consideration.

8. Liability

• By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge that snorkeling and open-water activities involve inherent risks, including strong currents, changing sea conditions, and possible seasickness.
• Guests are responsible for following safety instructions and informing the guide of any discomfort or concerns during the activity.
• The hotel and snorkeling operator are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
