1. Booking & Payment:
- Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Full payment is required prior to the tour via bank transfer or credit card.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking (if applicable).
2. Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refund for cancellations on the day of the tour or no-shows.
- The operator may cancel the tour due to unsafe weather and will offer a full refund or reschedule.
3. Guest Requirements:
- Participants should be in good health and able to swim.
- Min 12 Years old Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pregnant women are advised to avoid the activity.

6. Weather Conditions:
- The tour is weather-dependent. If the weather is unsafe, the tour will be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued.
7. Liability:
- By booking, guests accept the risks associated with water activities. The operator is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items during the tour.
