1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
• Full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the tour departure date.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour departure are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.
• If the tour is canceled by the operator due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Tour Availability

• The tour is subject to availability, weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, and operational circumstances.
• Seven Dreams A Pramana Experience is located on the east side of Nusa Penida, while the four tour destinations are on the west side. Therefore, the tour involves relatively long driving distances.
• West Nusa Penida destinations are generally crowded between 08:00 AM and 03:00 PM. An early departure is recommended for a more comfortable experience.
• The itinerary and route may be adjusted according to weather, traffic, road conditions, safety considerations, and unforeseen delays.

4. Group Size & Transportation

• The tour operates with a minimum of 1 participant and a maximum of 4 participants per car.
• Transportation is provided by a third-party operator using a standard vehicle, generally a Daihatsu Xenia or Toyota Avanza manufactured before 2018, subject to availability.
• The vehicle's air-conditioning may take some time to cool the interior after being parked under direct sunlight or after guests return from outdoor activities.

5. Tour Duration & Itinerary Policy

• This is a destination-based package, not an hourly-based tour. The price is calculated according to the agreed destinations, travel distances, and transportation service rather than the exact number of hours used.
• The estimated tour duration is approximately 6–8 hours, depending on traffic, road conditions, guest pace, and time spent at each destination.
• If the tour finishes earlier than estimated, the full tour price will still apply. No price reduction or refund will be provided for unused time.
• If guests choose to skip a destination, remain in the vehicle, or decide not to explore a location after arrival, the tour price will remain unchanged. A destination is considered visited once the vehicle has arrived, regardless of whether guests get out or participate in activities.
• Returning to the hotel earlier than planned does not qualify for a partial refund, as the transportation service has already been provided for the agreed itinerary.
• If the tour exceeds the agreed duration due to traffic, road conditions, or guests choosing to spend additional time at destinations, extensions are subject to the driver's availability and the maximum duration agreed upon at booking.
• An additional charge of IDR 150,000 per extra hour applies to approved extensions beyond the agreed tour duration.
• Requests to add destinations, restaurants, or dinner stops outside the agreed itinerary must be discussed with the driver and are subject to approval and availability. Additional charges may apply if the request extends the tour duration.

6. Health & Safety

• Participants should be in suitable physical condition for walking, stairs, uneven terrain, and moderate outdoor activity.
• Guests with back pain or other health conditions that may be aggravated by long driving distances, bumpy roads, steep stairs, or extensive walking are advised not to participate.
• Guests must inform the hotel of any relevant health concerns or special requirements when booking.
• Nusa Penida has narrow, winding, steep, uneven, and bumpy roads, particularly in developing areas and around the harbor. These conditions may cause motion sickness, especially for guests who are not accustomed to this type of journey.
• Most beaches and viewpoints are located around cliffs and may require walking or stair access. Guests should exercise caution and follow local safety instructions.
• Access to Kelingking Beach involves steep stairs and walking and may take approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on the route, conditions, and individual pace. Guests should consider their physical ability before attempting the descent.
• Nusa Penida can be extremely hot and sunny, particularly at beaches and outdoor viewpoints. Guests are advised to stay hydrated and protect themselves from direct sunlight.
• Guests travelling with children should carefully consider the long driving time, heat, bumpy roads, and walking requirements. Children must be supervised by their parents or guardians and adequately protected from the sun.

7. Recommended Gear

• Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended, preferably closed-toe shoes or sandals with straps, as some locations involve uneven terrain, rocky surfaces, and stairs.
• Guests are strongly advised to bring sunscreen, a hat or cap, sunglasses, an umbrella, and sufficient drinking water for sun protection and hydration.

8. Driver Service & Communication

• Transportation is operated by third-party drivers, whose English communication skills may vary. Some drivers may have limited English proficiency.
• The driver's primary responsibility is transportation and basic sightseeing guidance. The tour is mainly a transportation and sightseeing experience and does not necessarily include a professional tour guide.
• Guests are encouraged to communicate their preferences and any requested itinerary changes clearly to the driver during the tour, subject to feasibility, safety, and availability.

9. Entrance Fees & Additional Expenses

• Entrance fees, parking fees, and photo spot fees are not included unless specifically stated in the booking inclusions.
• Payment methods vary by destination. Some locations accept cash only, while others may offer cashless payment options. Guests are advised to carry sufficient cash.

10. Liability

• Participants are responsible for assessing their physical ability to participate in the tour and for following safety instructions throughout the journey.
• The tour operator is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Guests should exercise appropriate care around cliffs, beaches, stairs, uneven paths, and other natural attractions.

11. Conduct

• Participants are expected to respect local culture, communities, and the natural environment.
• Littering, disrespectful behavior, and failure to follow local rules or safety instructions will not be tolerated.

12. Personal Information

• By booking the tour, participants agree to provide the necessary personal information, including names, contact details, and emergency contact information, for booking arrangements and safety purposes.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

13. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

• The tour operator reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any changes affecting a confirmed booking will be communicated to the guest, subject to applicable laws and booking terms.
