A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
Full payment must be made 24 hours prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.
