Flexible Timing Based on Tide and Wave Conditions:

The start time of your canoe adventure will be arranged based on the best tide and wave conditions for the day. Our team will assist in selecting the ideal time to head out, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
The rental is per hour, and guests can enjoy the freedom to paddle at their own pace for as long as the conditions permit.

Before You Begin:

Briefing & Safety Guidelines: Upon your arrival at Seven Dreams A Pramana Experience, you will be given a safety briefing by our team. Learn how to handle the canoe and get familiar with the equipment.
Once the best timing for paddling is determined, you will receive your canoe and paddles, and we’ll head down to Seven Dreams Beach.

Paddle Your Adventure:

Start Your Paddle: After you’ve received your equipment, head into the calm waters of Seven Dreams Beach. Paddle at your own pace along the beautiful coastline.
Explore hidden coves, enjoy scenic views, and glide through the clear blue waters. The perfect combination of serenity and adventure!

Return to Shore:

After your 1-hour rental, you can choose to return your canoe or extend your time, subject to availability and the best current/tide conditions for additional hours.
Return your canoe to the beach and relax, enjoy the surroundings, or take a swim.

Optional Extended Hours:

You have the option to extend your canoe rental for additional hours, depending on the conditions and availability.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment:

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Full payment is required upon booking
Hourly rental charges apply, and guests can choose to extend rental time based on availability.

2. Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refund for cancellations on the day of the activity.
The operator may cancel or adjust the schedule based on weather conditions, tide, or wave conditions and will offer a full refund or rescheduling.

3. Rental Time:

Canoe rental is charged per hour.
Flexible timing based on the best tide and wave conditions. The rental will begin once the conditions are ideal for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Extensions of rental time are possible if conditions permit and subject to availability.

4. Guest Requirements:

Participants must be able to swim and be in good health to enjoy the canoeing experience.
Minimum 12 y.o Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Pregnant women are advised to avoid this activity.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide.

5. Health & Safety:

Safety is a priority. Life jackets and safety gear will be provided and must be worn at all times during the activity.
Alcohol and drugs are prohibited during the activity.
Guests should have travel insurance that covers accidents and water-related activities.

6. Weather & Conditions:

The activity is weather-dependent. If the weather is unsafe or the tides/waves are not suitable, the operator may reschedule or refund the booking.
If conditions change during the activity, the guide will assess whether it's safe to continue or if adjustments are necessary.

7. Liability:

By participating in the activity, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in canoeing and water activities.
The operator is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, lost items, or personal belongings during the canoe rental.

9. Equipment:

All canoeing equipment (canoe, paddles, and life jackets) will be provided.
Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment during the rental period. Any damage caused will be charged.

Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
