Reservation Policy

• Advance reservation is highly recommended to ensure preferred time and therapist availability.
• Walk-in guests will be accommodated based on therapist availability.

Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to ++ (21% tax and service charge).
• Promotional rates (Rp 400,000++ for 60 min / Rp 550,000++ for 90 min) are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Health Conditions

• Guests are advised to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries prior to the treatment.
• The spa reserves the right to decline treatment if it may pose a health risk to the guest or therapist.

Late Arrivals

• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to accommodate the next guest and will be charged at full price.

Minimum Age

• Guests must be at least 16 years old to receive massage treatments, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Vouchers or promotional prices cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless stated otherwise.
