Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to ++ (21% tax and service charge).
- Promotional rates (Rp 400,000++ for 60 min / Rp 550,000++ for 90 min) are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Health Conditions
- Guests are advised to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries prior to the treatment.
- The spa reserves the right to decline treatment if it may pose a health risk to the guest or therapist.
Late Arrivals
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to accommodate the next guest and will be charged at full price.
Minimum Age
- Guests must be at least 16 years old to receive massage treatments, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
