Booking and Payment

• Advance reservation is required to secure the romantic dinner experience.
• A full or partial payment (deposit) may be required at the time of booking.
• Final payment (if applicable) must be completed by the due date specified.
• Confirmation will be sent via email or messaging once the booking is secured.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled dinner may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
• In the event of cancellation by the provider due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Rescheduling

• Guests may request to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the event may not be possible or may involve a fee.

4. Menu and Dietary Requests

• Menu selections and dietary restrictions must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
• While we do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

5. Weather Conditions

• For outdoor setups (e.g., beach, garden, ), the dinner is subject to weather conditions.
• In case of bad weather, the experience may be moved to an indoor location or rescheduled.

6. Liability

• The provider is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the experience.

Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
