Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

Advance booking is required and subject to availability.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking or prior to departure.
Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

2. Pick-up & Drop-off

Pick-up and drop-off are available from/to hotels or villas in Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak, and Jimbaran.
Exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day prior to departure.
Guests must be ready at the designated location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

3. Boat Tickets

The package includes a fast boat ticket between Kusamba Harbor (Bali) and Sampalan Harbor (Nusa Penida).
Boat departure times are subject to sea conditions and may change without prior notice.
Tickets are non-transferable.

4. Delays & Cancellations

The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If the fast boat is canceled due to weather, an alternative travel date or full refund will be offered.
No refunds will be provided for missed pick-up due to late arrival at the meeting point.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Liability

The transport provider is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the trip unless caused by negligence.
Passengers are responsible for their own travel insurance.
Maximum passenger in the car is 3 persons + luggage

Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
