1. Booking and Payment

• The package is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Full payment may be required to confirm the reservation.
• Rates are inclusive of government taxes and service charges, unless stated otherwise.
• Guest need to check the availability first, if the rooms doesnt available guest may have the refund

2. Validity and Use

• The package is valid for the booking period specified at the time of reservation.
• All components of the package must be used within the duration of the 2-night stay and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
• Unused portions of the package are non-refundable.

3. Snorkeling Activity

• The snorkeling trip is weather-dependent and subject to sea conditions for guest safety.
• Kardia Resort reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the snorkeling activity in case of unfavorable weather or sea conditions.
• All guests participating in snorkeling must be physically fit and able to swim; participation is at your own risk.
• Life jackets and basic snorkeling equipment are provided. Guests are welcome to bring personal equipment if preferred.

4. Cidomo Transfers

• Cidomo (horse cart) transfers are provided to and from the snorkeling departure point as part of the tour.
• Guests must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Missed pickups may result in forfeiture of the activity.

5. Discounts and Exclusions

• The 10% food & beverage discount does not apply to alcoholic beverages or in-room dining.
• The 10% spa discount is valid only for individual treatments and does not apply to spa packages or promotional offers.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellation or modification policies are based on the resort’s standard terms and will be confirmed during booking.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

7. Liability

• Kardia Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay or activities.
• Guests are advised to have travel insurance to cover unexpected events, cancellations, or injuries.

8. General

• The resort reserves the right to change or update the terms of this package at any time without prior notice.
• This package is not combinable with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless specifically stated.
