1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

2. Validity and Redemption

• The package is valid only for the period specified at the time of booking.
• All services included in the package must be redeemed during the same stay.
• Package inclusions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unused components of the package cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3. Ubud Exploration Tour (Vintage VW)

• The tour is conducted in a classic VW vehicle and includes a private driver/guide.
• Entry fees to listed attractions may be included or payable separately (based on confirmation).
• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, local events, or operational considerations.
• Guests must be ready at the designated time to avoid delays or forfeiture.

4. Massage Treatment

• A 60-minute Traditional Balinese Massage will be scheduled at the resort’s spa or designated partner facility.
• Guests are encouraged to book treatment times in advance.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

5. Transfers and Transportation

• One-way private harbour pick-up is included.
• Guests must provide accurate arrival details at least 48 hours in advance.
• Any changes to transfer arrangements must be communicated and confirmed by the resort.

6. Dining Experience

• The dinner at a local traditional market is a hosted cultural experience and includes selected local dishes.
• Menu items are fixed or limited to traditional offerings; dietary restrictions should be communicated in advance.

7. Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellation and modification terms follow the resort’s standard policy and will be communicated at the time of booking.
• No-shows and early departures are considered non-refundable.

8. Liability
