1. Booking & Confirmation

• Advance booking is required and subject to availability.
• Full payment may be required at the time of booking or prior to departure.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

2. Pick-up & Drop-off

• Pick-up and drop-off are available from/to hotels or villas in Kintamani,Uluwatu,Pecatu, Amed, and Nusa Penida
• Exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day prior to departure.
• Guests must be ready at the designated location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

3. Boat Tickets

• The package includes a fast boat ticket between Kusamba Harbor (Bali) and Sampalan Harbor(Nusa Penida).
• Boat departure times are subject to sea conditions and may change without prior notice.
• Tickets are non-transferable.

4. Delays & Cancellations

• The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If the fast boat is canceled due to weather, an alternative travel date or full refund will be offered.
• No refunds will be provided for missed pick-up due to late arrival at the meeting point.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure: Full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Liability

• The transport provider is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the trip unless caused by negligence.
• Passengers are responsible for their own travel insurance.
• Maximum passenger in the car is 3 persons + luggage

Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
