Reservation & Check-in Policy

1.     Reservations must be made minimum 2 days in advance

2.     Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours) are subject to availability

3.     Check-in time: 60 minutes before departure

4.     Children above 1 year old are considered as adults

5.     Pricing may be revised with 30 days prior notice

Payment Policy

1.     50% down payment required to confirm booking (7 days before flight)

2.     Full payment required 3 days before flight

3.     Bank charges are borne by the customer

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1.     Cancellation 7 days prior: Full refund minus IDR 7,000,000 administration fee

2.     Cancellation within 24 hours: 20% cancellation fee from the total price

3.     No fees apply for cancellations due to:

·       Bad weather

·       Force majeure

·       Aircraft condition / NOTAM

·       Security or government issues

4.     Free reschedule up to 48 hours before departure

5.     Reschedule within 48 hours: IDR 3,000,000 fee

6.     Weather decisions are at the absolute discretion of the pilot

Aircraft Maintenance & Safety Assurance

1.     Fly Bali reserves the right to substitute aircraft due to unforeseen maintenance

2.     Passengers will be notified via email, SMS, or WhatsApp

3.     All decisions prioritize passenger safety, comfort, and operational excellence

Flight Authority & Safety Regulations

The pilot has final authority on:

·       Flight operation

·       Weather suitability

·       Passenger behavior

·       Payload and aircraft condition

·       Boarding may be denied if any condition poses a safety risk

·       Flights will not operate in heavy rain, poor visibility, or thunderstorms

Media & Usage Rights

1.     Passenger photos may be used for Fly Bali social media with guest consent

2.     This package is not valid for online, last-minute, or distressed-sale websites
