Romantic Dinner – Terms & Conditions
1. Availability and Booking
- The Romantic Dinner experience is available daily from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, subject to availability.
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Booking confirmation and full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled dinner.
- The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and confirmed by the hotel.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled dinner will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled dinner will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled dinner are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.
- No-shows are considered cancellations within 24 hours, and no refund will be provided.
- If the hotel must cancel the experience due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative arrangement or a full refund will be offered.
3. Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled dinner and are subject to availability.
- Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled dinner may not be accommodated.
- Rescheduling is subject to hotel confirmation and may be treated as a cancellation if the request cannot be accommodated.
4. Menu and Dietary Requirements
- Menu preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements; however, a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
5. Weather Conditions
- Outdoor Romantic Dinner arrangements are subject to weather conditions.
- In the event of unfavorable weather, the hotel may relocate the dinner to a suitable indoor venue or offer an alternative arrangement, subject to availability and safety considerations.
6. Liability and Guest Conduct
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings during the experience, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the experience and comply with hotel policies and staff instructions.
